- Voice Input: Your voice is processed in real-time to understand your food requests. Voice recordings are not stored on our servers.
- Location: We use your device's location to find restaurants near you. Your location is used only for search queries and is not stored or tracked.
What We Don't Do
- We don't create user accounts
- We don't store your search history
- We don't sell or share your personal data
- We don't track you across apps or websites
- We don't use advertising or analytics trackers
Third-Party Services
NomNow uses the following third-party services to function:
- Google Places API: To retrieve restaurant information, ratings, and photos. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic Claude: To understand your voice requests and provide relevant results. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Apple Speech Recognition: To convert your voice to text. Processed on-device or via Apple's servers per your device settings.
Data Retention
We do not retain any personal data. Each search session is independent and no data persists after you close the app.
Children's Privacy
NomNow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
