NomNow is a voice-activated mobile application that helps users discover nearby restaurants based on spoken food preferences. The App uses voice recognition, location services, and third-party APIs to provide restaurant recommendations.

NomNow relies on third-party services including Google Places API and Anthropic Claude. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content provided by these services.
Restaurant information displayed in the App (including ratings, hours, prices, and locations) is provided by third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Always verify important details directly with the restaurant.
The App requires access to your device's location to function. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NomNow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
